Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment with Christie, would not recommend at all. She left me sitting in her chair for 10 minutes before she greeted me. Barely spoke to me at all during the appt., was super rough around my cartilage piercing, and left my hair noticeably uneven (which means it’s super uneven because I have curly hair). I asked for more layers and she barely put any in at all. Additionally, she didn’t check in to ask if I was happy with the cut. I’m not an extremely picky person when it comes to hair but I’m very upset with this experience. I called the salon the following day in hopes Jen would be able to fix my hair, was told she was gone for the weekend but they would make sure she contacted me personally. It’s been a week and I have yet to hear anything.
