Great experience! I came from out of town for a wedding on 10/20 and wanted to get my hair and make up done for the event. Jen hit it out of the park perfectly! She even sacrificed her day off to take care of me since no other facility was open or willing to do the same. Now that is professionalism and great customer service at its best! My hair was in rough shape after shedding about 50% post surgery.
