I would have to say that this is one of the worst salons that I’ve ever been to. Sarah absolutely destroyed my hair and fried it to the point where I had hair falling out whenever I’d comb it. After two terrible hair appointments I decided to seek out a color correction specialist to try to repair the damage… a year later and my hair is still fried on the ends. To the point where I had to cut off the fried, dried, dead ends. I would not recommend going to Sarah, at all. Plus a lot of the stylists at this salon had a snobby attitude and wouldn’t even speak to me. Your business is customer service… you should at least be cordial.

Love this salon. If you go and want a regular cut, or color or up-do or anything at all, ask for Katie. She’s my stylist and does a fantastic job on my hair! If I want it to be straightened iron or curled, she does it for me. I also went to Karin years ago before Katie started because, once I dyed my (naturally brown hair blond) and months later at urging of ex, put black cherry red on top of that blond. It started breaking off so I tried to recolor it blond again. Within weeks of the cherry, (It was fried.) Amazing when hair started falling out, my parents sent me to her. She literally somehow saved rest of my hair & got it back to natural color. I’ve never colored it since…nor let a man tell me to color my hair. Ugh. Anyway, she & Katie are fantastic.
