I saw Annian for my service and she was incredible. She was so knowledgeable, she answered all my questions clearly, made sure she informed me of each step- why she was doing it and the benefits, she was patient, kind, so professional but down to earth @ the same time. She really made it such a pleasant experience for me. I have been having some breakouts that have been really bothering me for some time now and when I left I can honestly say my skin was already looking and feeling better. She recommend me a few products which I did purchase and I am so happy I did!! The products feel great and are already working. She wasn’t pushy trying to get me to just buy buy buy, she really recommend what she felt was best for me at the time. She told me as we continue to work together in my skin she will recommend slowly as needed!! Let me tell u this morning my skin looks even BETTER ALREADY! I have been going to JEM Medspa for the past 3 years. I started in Orland with Janine who is fantastic. When the Elmhurst location opened closer to me I started seeing Nicole. Everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodating and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. The place is beautiful. Both locations. Nicole is a registered nurse and also a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). She is an expert at what she does. I trust her to do what she thinks I need. I never look overdone. I always walk out feeling and looking like a better, more youthful version of me!
