I called right after he opened, 4 days before Christmas trying to make an appointment for someone who had recently started chemo and will need a wig. He thankfully had a cancellation for later that day. When we arrived, he was very hospitable in greeting us while finishing up on another client. He sent us to a private room off the salon and finished with his client. He was kind, courteous and professional. Treated us both with respect. Had 3 options already selected and did a fantastic job on that. I highly recommend this shop.

I came in to purchase a wig from Jeffrey. I am going through chemo and needed a wig for my hair loss. He was amazing. Has a nice private room in the back that he took us to, and then he talked about when I will need to come in and get my hair shaved off, what to look for, maintenance of the wig and how to wash and store it. A week later after I purchased the wig, I called him up and told him I needed in asap, as my hair was falling out in clumps. He got me in within hours of my call. Again, keeping it respectful and private in the back room, he was very kind and caring and shared a few stories of others going through the same thing due to cancer, while he clipped what was left of my hair off. He then went over how to take care of my scalp and my wig again. He was so kind, and patient. When I asked him what I owed him for the service, all he said was, “A hug and best wishes to me”. What a kind soul. I am blessed that God put him in my path. I would recommend him for any hair service you would ever need.

Oh my gosh. Jeffrey Scott is the best and fun…way fun. What a great time both my sister and myself experienced and we both went home with the hair pieces that were 100% perfect for us. My sister should be the poster child for wigs that he uses to help people feel good about themselves.
