I went for a blowout. It took over an hour! Shayla was so Frustratingly slow and inexperienced for this simple task. The flat iron she was going to use was rusty and old and not fit to be used. It should have been thrown out a long time ago. I asked her to use another flat iron because I was extremely concerened about damage to my hair. The second flat iron she found in an old dusty cabinet was equally old and damaged. My hair looked awful and weighed down from all the products she had used in my hair. This has been one of the worst hair salon experiences I’ve had and a waste of $36.

I’m 27 and I do a lot research on stylist who are not only talented, but always studying up on modern approaches, product knowledge, etc. I’ve been going to Micaila for a little over a year now and absolutely love her. I feel so comfortable with her- I can tell her what I like and she delivers. She knows what hair tones complement my skin and made my balayage look SO natural. She also matched my extensions (cut/color) PERFECTLY. She’s a stylist that just “gets it” and I trust her so much for that!This is a testament to the salon as a whole.
