We have a culture of like minded professional hair stylists, who are advanced color specialists and hair cutters. We also have monthly education from national and international Platform Hair Stylists that keep our stylists educated on the latest trends, techniques and products. We specialize in cutting and coloring with an emphasis on Balayage, highlighting, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Smoothing, hair extensions and more. I met Anna for the first time. Honestly i was nervous bc I’m very picky and always do my own hair. This time i wanted a short cut and since i couldn’t do it myself i went ahead and made an appointment. And i must say she did an amazing job. She’s so precise and knows what she’s doing. Sheyla was incredible! I came in for a color correction from a disaster at Hairtistic RSM, stay away from that place! Sheyla is very knowledgeable with color and toners and was able to not only fix it but it looks amazing, I will definitely be going back!!

Very unhappy with the color job Melody did on my roots. Much darker than my hair color and didn’t match at all. Top and sides look like a dark cap. The hair dye felt like it was burning my scalp and didn’t feel better for 8 days after washing my hair several times. Dye was left on my face and I had to wash it off at home. Hair coloring

I hate to be giving a poor review but I have to be real. I made an appointment for a balayage for my 16 year old daughter. I was at work during most of the appointment. When I got there after work, she did not have a balayage. She had highlights up to her roots. It was brassy and spotty. Then the receipt shows $355. I wasn’t sure what to think of it at first, I didn’t want to be rude so I still tipped the hair dresser what I had planned. When I got home and thought about it, I felt it was wrong. I felt ripped off and disrespected. When I emailed how I felt, a really nice gentleman called me the next day. But he basically excused all the mistakes and said he couldn’t give any of my money back but he could attempt to fix it. Well her virgin hair had gone through enough. I prefer to let it go. If they couldn’t get it right the first time, I will never trust them or spend my money there again. Just so you know.

I have come in twice, first was to change from long hair to a pixie cut and the second was to trim and shave the sides. Leanne Hare has been the best stylist I’ve ever had. I was anxious to switch to such a short style but when I was out for my birthday last month a gentleman complimented my haircut more than once, whom I later found out was an owner of BedHead ! Since then I have had multiple people compliment my hair style, and I have never felt more confident than I do now . Absolutely recommend Leanne ! I told her what I generally wanted and gave her creative license with my hair and it turned out amazing !
