I saw Dr. Case several years ago. My hands were breaking out & when I described what was happening, he said, “no, it doesn’t”, so in other words he called me a liar without saying those exact words. He was very rude! I don’t & won’t ever trust a Dr. that won’t listen to his/her patient.

unbelievable how horrible they treat patients. In June 2019 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastasis melanoma and was referred to Vanderbilt. I called Dr Cases office today for an appointment and THEY WILL NOT SEE ME BECAUSE I STILL OWED THEM $50!!! They turned it into collections!!

I would recommend seeing another Dermatology Clinic. I have never written a review on any company or individual, but Gretchen McAbe APRN in Dr.Case’s office is a very impersonal, degrading, rude, and unorganized woman. She needs to find a new profession because she lacks personal skills. My daughter and I were treated poorly.

I would recommend finding another solution for your dermatology needs. This particular facility usually runs an hour behind schedule. I was prescribed the incorrect medication two separate times and over charged for services. Very impersonal, and the nurse running the nurses station, Pam, is very unpleast as well. Proceed with caution.
