Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI LOOK LIKE A SKUNK!! Don’t let the woman do your hair. This lady was 40 mins late from my appointment, messed up my high lights as they are uneven in the front, she only put the highlights in my bangs after I said to “frame” my face, was coloring my neck because she didn’t put a rag in the back, stained my forhead and ears because she didn’t clean me up in the process, talked EXTREMELY excessive like she was on something, was not clean with her area, used a weak flat iron because it doesn’t get hot enough (I still have waves afterwards), and had to remind her to use heat protector before using the flat iron on my daughter’s hair and reminded her to cut my bangs as she missed them completely. Last one… AND she made my daughter sit on her feet for 20 mins before remembering she had a booster chair. After 4 hrs and 15 mins of service, I’m supposed to go back and let her fix it….WORST EXPERIENCE IN A NEW TOWN EVER!!!!!!!!! I LOOK LIKE A SKUNK!! Don’t let the woman do your hair. I LOOK LIKE A SKUNK!! Don’t let the woman do your hair.
