I’ll never go anywhere else for a haircut again! All 4 ladies do a great job and always get a consistent great haircut. Their sign reads “if you want a good barber, you’ll have to wait for one”. So true but well worth the wait. Love the atmosphere, old time barbershop experience. Can’t tell you how much time and money I’ve wasted on bad haircuts, never again!

Hi Business Owner, I received your response – I appreciate that you stay very active on this. I had left an initial review with the idea of coming back and expanding on it. With your promptness I’ll give the same courtesy. From a customer perspective, Upon entering I did not believe I needed to ask for wait time as I saw only five people and did not and would not be expected to immediately understand the numbering system. Nor that just because people were not there physically in the location that they did not have a valid placement. I heard 40 and had grabbed 11, it did not occur to me it was numerical order till several had called out. A sign denoting the exact rotating sequence would serve well, even if it were denoted online, I believe a physical presence for the ruleset is important. Without that present I believe it is fair to assume most would not be comfortable waiting nearly two hours as I did not block that amount of time out for the event. I feel this sentiment can be appreciated so I find my review justified. I am one person and the vast majority seem to be completely happy with the service which is great! Good luck!

So I’m currently on a business trip and needed a haircut, I looked up Jeffersons and saw good reviews and decided to go in, and without a doubt I can say that this was the best haircut/ barbershop experience I’ve ever had. This is a fantastic barbershop! Each barber appears very skilled at their trade and offer razor fades, hard to find nowadays. It is always bustling and busy. They operate on a first come, first served basis, with no reservations. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Franklin, it definitely reminds of a simpler time, before the strip mall barbershops of today. This shop is definitely worth the visit, and is a place I will continue to frequent for the foreseeable future.
