this place is a BIG no. my daughter went in to get a set. she asked for red tips only and came out with nails that look like Christmas. the stones they added were not asked for and they put “stripes” the nails are crooked and lumpy. Acrylic nails

My husband and I have been coming to Jefferson for a few years now, and have befriended some locals, so it has become a more frequent stop when we need a getaway. I’m a video producer from San Antonio, and keep my nails done, but have yet to find a place I trust to do them the way I really like them, whether I’m San Antonio or LA, which I frequent often for work. Instead, I’ll let my nails go until I can meander back up to Jefferson Nails and see Anthony, who sets the world right for me. I’ve never had anyone do them so perfectly and naturally and they last forever. I have also been known to spend some extra hours at the spa getting my brows done and a pedi. Seriously. So worth it. I never thought anyone could top LA nail salons, so gonna make a cheesy pun here – these guys nail it. Just go!!

We were in from our of town. The people are very friendly. Unfortunately, my nails were not done the way I am use to. I got a set of dip nails on my natural nails and the dip was over my cuticles and the nails were a little lumpy, not as precise as I am used to… However, the spa chairs are amazing!

(Review 3 years ago)The only place I trust for a pedicure. I drive 30 miles to come here. You can have a water, soda, or wine while your there. They have brand new massage chairs that you sit in for your pedicure.

The worse place I’ve ever been to for nails. I was supposed to get glitter acrylic coffin shaped nails and I got glitter polish full set different shapes and lengths for $40 they look nothing like pic I showed them. They were so thick on the ends It looked horrible and was hard to shape or do anything with them. When I told them I was unhappy they did not offer to lower the price or anything other than me sit even longer to redo them. We got there at 2 and didn’t get out until almost 7 and she wanted me to sit longer.! I took my 3 girls for ones birthday so we could have a relaxing spa day and I even told them that and all the did was put some polish on the girls and might I add ALL DESIGNS INCLUDING LINES ARE HORRIBLE. they didn’t even wash the dirt out from under their nails, no manicure, no nothing. I could of done a better job at home for free. The girls were sad and I was pissed I spent $60 for ugly nails we had to live with and I still had to go home and redo the girls nails because they hated them.

My first time here. The wait was almost and hr long which would not have been a big deal except the water for my feet hat really cold. My nail stylist cut my toe nails to short and then filed the already extremely short nails which caused my skin to blister from the nail filer and release a liquid from the wound. Would not recommend going. Extremely painful and way overpriced for just a simple pedicure with no nail polish of any kind.

I use to love coming to Jefferson to get my nails and toes done but will never go back to them again! The lady that did my pedicure was very quick and I got gel polish which is supposed to last longer and it’s already peeling off in 5 days! My manicure is horrible! It’s like all of their product was old! The clear coat over my dip has bubbles and peeling off! I almost didn’t even want to finish but he had already started with someone else’s dirty cut finger nails laying on the table were he was doing my nails. I’m absolutely never again going back! I wasn’t going to do a review but am hoping to save someone a bunch of money for a horrible job!

My 2 friends and I made an appointment to get a pedicure. When we arrived they had all three of us sit in the chairs. I sat there while my 2 friends had their pedicure, that lasted about an hour and 15 min. My turn came. (Yes you read that right. We had appointments .. yet I had to wait for and hour and 15 min. The water was ice cold by the time they got to me.). My pedi was 25 min long. I told them I wanted the hot stone. He gave me paraffin wax for my feet instead. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I said hot stone. I was suppose to get a massage also .. nope. I had to put my socks on and get back to work and my nails are messed up

The two ladies and the gentleman who were there (about 30 min before they closed) agreed to take off a set of acrylic nails and do a dip powder for my very damaged nail beds! This meant soaking off the acrylic tips which never came off even though we soaked them through an entire pedicure. My husband also got a pedicure (his first ever) bc no one else was in there. LoL. And his was the deluxe which took double the time of mine. Then they had to do the whole dipping, drying, painting, etc. And while I was into this part of whole visit, the lady who’d finished my husband’s pedi came over and so sweetly gave me an impromptu, unasked for, totally complimentary chair massage. Wouldn’t let me pay for it! They wound up staying almost two hours past their Friday night 7:30 closing time. Thank you to all 3 of these kind souls! I pray God’s richest blessings on their lives in Jesus’ name & pray especially for them to come to know Jesus as God’s only Son & their only Savior, Redeemer & Lord, if they do not already. If we didn’t live 2 hrs away, I would use them permanently!
