Jeff first cut my hair in his first shop in Campbell, California in 1992. I remember having to wait 3 months for the appointment but I heard it would be worth it. Back then, I worked for a high tech company in Silicon Valley and asked a couple of the women who had the best cuts who did their hair, anf coincidentally, both of them said, “Jeff Pavon” (Guys – if you ever want to find a good stylist, ask the women with the best hair.) Though I don’t color my hair, both of them said that he had an incredible talent for color. For many years, we both lived in the Bay Area and there was never a question of who cut my hair. I recall at the beginning of every year, he would set me up with appointments throughout the year and he was already booked for the holidays. Over the years where either he moved away or I moved away and I had to go to someone else, Jeff’s cut was the one that forever set the bar. I travel quite a bit now and know that when I’m going to be in the Bay Area, I’m fortunate if Jeff can squeeze me in.
