I was familiar with the gentle healing of Bowen therapy from treatment I received for a herniated disc many years ago. When I recently had some hip and leg pain, I reached out to Jeff for Bowen treatment. He’s amazing. In just two sessions, my pain was gone and as an extra bonus he fixed some balance issues I’d been having for about a year. After only 2 sessions with Jeff, the most horrendous pain the my life was alleviated! He determined that the pain in my left shoulder and environs was the result of 2 tailbone injuries I sustained back in the 90’s!
