Drove over an hour to get a haircut from Jed’s. Didn’t really know what to expect walking in. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is amazing. I got my haircut and beard trim by Tom and it was nothing short of amazing. Tom is meticulous in his craft and makes sure every haircut is perfect. I called twice to let Andy know I was running a little late and having trouble finding the place. When I got there, his attitude sucked because “he had things to do” after and I was 20 minutes late…when I was in fact barely 10 minutes late and had called to let him know. I drove there from Brattleboro, VT but I’ll never make that mistake again. Glad business is so good that you can treat people with disrespect and be rude. There were other ways it could have been handled. I’m pretty easy going and easy to please. Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

I took my 6 year old to Jed’s for a haircut, and I just can’t say enough about how awesome this place is! Jed is not only amazing with his skills, but he is the nicest guy! My little man got a fresh cut and some lightning bolts shaved on the sides, and it looks amazing. He is so excited to show his friends at school on Monday! The shop is beautiful and it was like walking back in time to the 1800’s old west. The attention to detail is just stunning. They do lots of other services but my little man doesn’t need those right now! I highly recommend Jed’s to literally everyone! Thanks for such an awesome experience! I tried adding pictures but I can’t seem to figure it out!
