Jeans was recommended to me by a few people but unfortunatly I didn’t have a positive experience. I had an appointment on Thursday; I showed up not sure if they would be open because of the storm but they were. However, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, my stylist didn’t show, didn’t call to explain why she wasn’t able to be there for the appointment and the receptionist didn’t have her number to call her. I tried to be understanding under the circumstances, I told the receptionist that I’d be willing to reschedule and she took my number down. It’s been 3 days, no one has called; no attempt to reschedule my appointment or appologize for the oversite. I’m very disappointed.

The lady I spoke with on the phone tried to schedule me 8 days away to straighten my hair. Then as we were talking she realized I wanted a long lasting straighten treatment and they “don’t do that anymore”.
