Critical: ProfessionalismI would NEVER go here, she is not an honest person. I thought she was Lulu’s but didn’t know Lulu’s name and googled beauty salons on PCH, and thought it was her, and I called her and said I was the Asian woman who came with Therry when he brought her a lot of food and is this the right salon (pretty detailed) and she simply said yes. I also asked her if she was by the Mid Eastern supermarket and she said yes (and most importantly apologized for not coming to the appt. last week as Therry never picked me up, which SHOULD have made her realize that she hadn’t met me but she never asked what I was talking about.) I came there (had to take a cab as I have no car) $31 round trip (wasted as I couldn’t find her place, the sign is above a laundromat and barbershop and finding out later that her prices were twice what I expected would not have stayed had I found it) and when I got home I called her and said you are not the right shop, why did say you were, and she said oh, she did not understand what I was saying the first time I called and said her shop was there, but I didn’t see it under the sign and her English was VERY good, she just lied so she could get a new customer. If she would do that she might lie about the price of services if you call first and after having your work done, you may find out you are being charged a higher price than first quoted.
