We saw Gretchen last night. She cut my son’s hair way too short. I told her what I wanted and even showed her pictures and still, she chopped it all off. Today is Picture Day and all his beautiful curls are gone. I am not a happy customer. She knew that I was upset and tried to make light of the situation, which I did not appreciate. I will say that she was very nice but nonetheless she messed up my son’s hair and nice doesn’t fix that.
