Made a 10am appointment for a fill and pedicure because a friend referred me after the last place made my nails look very bulky. Jeanne was very thorough and took her time. She reshaped my nails and made them look very natural. I wanted a more initially asked for an oval shape but I received more of an almond shape. When I mentioned it to her she was willing to fix it but I decided to leave it and see how I like it. It took about 1 and a half hours for my fill and reshape. I think that is a really long time but then again my nails came out really well so I think it was worth it. They are a little pricey and charge for everything like cutting cuticles. Every other place I’ve been cuts cuticles as a part of the service. My pedicure was very nice. They don’t have massage chairs which is a bummer but the lady who did my toes was very thorough and I didn’t have to ask her to fix things, like I normally do. With all that said I had a pleasant first experience and would return again.

Jeanne has been doing my nails for the past 7 years. My daughter referred me to her. Jeanne is very meticulous in her work, my nails look natural whether she uses acrylic or dipping powders. I have often gone more than 3 weeks before getting them filled. I just had her apply eyelash extensions for the first time, I had been going to a different place which was further away from my home. I immediately realized the extra care she gave me by thoroughly cleansing my eye area before she started the process, and taking the time to explain in detail every step of her process. I felt very relaxed and took a nice nap. Woke up with beautiful lashes that look glamorous.

Jeanne is very good! Everything else about this place is decent enough, but Jeanne herself is what’s really impressive; she really listened. My nails never looked this good. She did a dip even though I usually do gel, and it was such a good call. They have lasted so long. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Jeanne’s Nail Spa is fantastic. I’ve been coming here on a regular basis for over four years. Everyone here is highly professional, cleanly and organized, but above all they go above and beyond in service. I have always had excellent manicures and pedicures here and won’t go anywhere else but Jeanne’s.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had an appointment @ 11 am for just a polish change I waited til 11:30 for someone to finally help me! I got cat eye polish it turned out pretty good but she charged me 30 dollars! That’s more than a full set! Very very disappointed

Went there to get nails done and they were supposed to be open at 10am and at 1030 am still closed and nobody was even there yet!! Several clients outside saying they had 10 am appointments and could not figure out why they had not opened yet. They are supposed to be there at 10 am. Had my 4 year old grand daughter with me too and decided to leave we had a party to go to and wanted nails done.

OMG I love this place… All the ladies are super nice!!! Absolutely LOVE LISA!!! she does a fantastic job!! My pedi/Mani lasts for 3 weeks I’ve gone a whole month and nails never chip and still look so beautiful.. if I could give 20 ⭐ I WOULD!!!
