I have been coming for electrolysis from Jeanne since April of 2021. She has done an amazing job on me. She explained approximately how long it would take to achieve the results I was looking for. I began with 45 min sessions every other week and we have kept up with our schedule consistently to ensure the best results. It has been exactly the results I was looking for and in the timeline she predicted. Patience and consistency is key! It really works! I’m down to 15 minutes every 3 weeks now with hardly any growth in between. She has been a pleasure to work with and I’m glad I stayed in the process with her. She always makes sure I’m comfortable, she’s on time, friendly, professional, informative and her station is always clean and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend her & if you follow her suggestions I believe it will work for you too!

I had my first and last session with Jeanne about a month ago on 11/16/22. I came to her for dark chin and some blonde/lighter thin black cheek hairs. She was unskilled and did not properly treat my hairs. I’ve had a different type of electrolysis (blend method) before and had not one issue with scarring or pock marks. She overtreated both coarse and thin hairs and as a result I have 20 plus noticable pock marks and boxcar scars on my chin and cheeks and discoloration. I had flawless skin prior to seeing her, no scars or discoloration. When I reached out to her regarding the over treatment the next day, her excuse was my hairs were “a challenge to treat.” This woman took zero responsibility and instead blamed the quality of my hairs. Mind you, she treated thin hairs on my cheeks and I still have pock marks, hence the thicker hairs were not the issue. Skill level is the culprit here. As a practitioner it is her job to notify a client when she is unable to properly treat the hairs and stop the session immediately – not to continue the session and permanently ruin someones skin. She showed zero compassion for over treating my skin, did not offer a refund and simply just told me to “follow the after care instructions- you’ll be fine.” Easy to say when its not your skin that’s scarred! I followed the after care instructions 100% and still have boxcar scars and pock marks. I write this review to save others from the heartache and despair I am experiencing. Do NOT go to this electrolysis. Find someone else who knows what they are doing and has the respect for others to own when they do not.

The only permanent hair removal that works on tough white chin hair. Jeanne is friendly and caring, works quickly and thoroughly. Not painless but very tolerable, and finished with a cooling gel. I have done 3 hour session and no redness or bumps after and the hairs are gone! Convenient hours, reasonable prices, professional clean environment. Highly recommended.

Jeanne does a great job. She is fairly priced and very generous with her time. She is prompt, efficient and pleasant to work with. This process is not painless but pretty close and is permanent. So glad I’m doing this finally!
