Jeanie and Jasmine were absolutely amazing!! My eyelashes received numerous compliments from friends and strangers on the street lol. Highly recommend!! Drove from Manhattan to get my eyelashes extensions done after seeing all the good reviews. My mother and I were completely stunned by the care, professionalism and how are eyelashes looked! I’m extremely picky about my eyelashes and I’ve gone to over six different places in Manhattan and could not find a place that had good quality lashes that lasted a while and that looked good for days. Critical: Quality, ValueFirst of all the lady that sit in the front has an attitude. She cancel my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. She asked my sister and I to come back because this job will take 1 hour 1/2. Once there it took like 45 mins. It was a waste money and time. They didn’t last 3 days. I came back to complain and they fixed them and actually took them more than an hour. I don’t know what kind of glue they use or if they are professional but the lashes didn’t last 1 week. First of all the lady that sit in the front has an attitude. She cancel my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. She asked my sister and I to come back because this job will take 1 hour 1/2. Once there it took like 45 mins. It was a waste money and time. They didn’t last 3 days. I came back to complain and they fixed them and actually took them more than an hour. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is the very first time I have to do a bad review on a business. Also, it was my first time getting my eyelash extensions done and how disappointing were the results!First, I scheduled by phone and once there they never found my appointment. Second, they had a really bad actitud and the service provided was awful. A job that was supposed to be done in 1 – 1 1/2 hour (according to the lady I spoke with) they got it done in half hour. Results? Superb poor!!! I feel like they robbed me. Critical: ProfessionalismI picked this place because of the reviews and the price.I called and was excited to get a same day appointment. The tech must have been tired. I was invited in the lash room after signing in. (Without checking my temperature. And the salon looked clean.)The tech was so rough on my eyes, applying the layers of tape virtually inside the corners of my right eye. I tried to adjust but I was unable to stand it and asked her politely to help me readjust. After the second attempt it made it more uncomfortable so I asked for her help again. She pulled the tape, very abrasive, to the point my eye opened a little causing more discomfort.My discomfort must have annoyed her because she started to raise her voice and stopped during the application to ask me with an attitude “what’s wrong?!” ….. I was immediately turned off, explaining to her I didn’t feel comfortable with her tone. (She’s raising her voice as I lay on the table with tape and glue on my eyes).I asked her to stop as I couldn’t get through the second eye and I personally no longer felt comfortable.I asked for her name and if course she refused. I insisted on paying and she also refused.
