Got a deep conditioning treatment with my haircut, and could not be more satisfied with it! My hair feels silky and healthy, Lori did a terrific job. I also treated myself to a facial which was amazing. Laura modified my routine a bit and my skin has cleared up and looks radiant! I drive 45 minutes to see them and it’s worth it. I recommend them for an afternoon of pampering.

Wonderful atmosphere! The stylist was really nice, listened to me, and was very positive.I was immediately offered coffee/water/tea, and was treated to a head and neck massage as well as a hand and arm massage as my conditioner was “setting in”. I was very happy with my haircut and style (the stylist walked me through step-by-step on how to do it on my own). I have been trying to find a good salon/ stylist in the south-west suburbs for years, and I will definitely be returning to Jean Marie Salon.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning hoping to get a quick haircut…instead I got so much more than just your basic Salon cut!!! Amber is the sweetest thing!! I have bleach blond hair that tends to be dry, Amber recommended that I try the Olaplex conditioning treatment. WOW is all I have to say. What a difference 15 minutes can make!!! Not only did I get softer hair but the haircut comes with a massage on your hands, arms and head!!! She also listened to me and gave me an actual haircut which I really needed not just a “trim”, which I got from my last cut.. I highly recommend this Gem in Homer Glen!!! Ask for Amber she knows her craft!!!!

There is no place like Jean Marie Salon. I am glad I walked into that Salon and never plan on leaving it. From the moment you step into the Salon you are treated with a great welcome to when you get your hair done or whatever you are there for. I love going to see Angel. She knows what to do with my hair every time and can’t get enough of the hair products. What a great place!!! Thanks everyone.

Amazing first experience! From getting my hair washed to the very end. I had Elissa and she was great! I have been trying to find a new hair stylest and I can now say I have. The place is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are so kind. I would definitely recommend this place 🙂

So sad to see these one bad experience reviewers give JM only one star and telling others not to go. Very close minded and bitter individuals. JM is a high quality salon that wants to give it’s customers the best. They have stylists and technicians of varying skill levels (meaning they are a great place for giving people chances and training them to their quality standars) which determines the price you pay. I just went in today and received 20% off my next appointment because they couldn’t fit me in (a walk in, mind you, so I have the least priority and I understand that). Everyone is always so nice and caring, they offer coffee, tea, and water, and just genuinely want you to have a good experience. The salon does their absolute best to make customers happy and it is not their fault that some people are impatient and angry, unwilling to let them do their job properly. They are a very busy and successful business and patrons should be aware of this fact. Scheduling conflicts occur and mistakes happen. To be so unkind and indifferent towards these employees is truly disturbing. I urge anyone who has a bad experience to give them another chance and DO NOT be rude or dismissive. Set your harsh attitude aside and try to show some respect (as hard as that may be for some) for the person who is about to listen to what you want, provide professional feedback, and do their best to meet your expectations. I don’t think of myself as a customer but a guest when I go to JM. It makes my visit all the more relaxing when I know my stylist enjoys my company and I enjoy theirs. So relax, and be more understanding, because otherwise that head, hand and arm massage you get will be 10 times as enjoyable! 10/10 will always be a loyal customer!
