Great experience with Je’ Suis Spa in Fairfax. My first time using them. Booked a birthday girl’s day out for my wife and friend. Everything was able to be setup over the phone and and paid for in advance so my wife and friend could enjoy without worrying about extra fees or tip. Feels great to have a small local business take good care of their customers. Because this is a small business with 4 active employees working and providing services, I can understand why there may be latency issues with responsiveness to the phone calls. I however did not have any such issue and would recommend.

Bought groupon, it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the spa. No one answers the phone no matter what day or time you call. When I received a text message after almost a week of calling, texting, emailing and Facebook messaging and scheduled an appointment, they CANCELLED AN HOUR BEFORE. When I asked if there was anything they could do to make up for the sudden cancellation when I’d taken off work for the appointment they simply said it was an emergency and there was nothing they could do.
