I was a client for about two years. Initially, my experience was pleasant. However, my stylist began arriving late for my appointments (I was her first of the day). She never notified me that she was running late, and her tardiness (typically 20-30 minutes) unfortunately made me late for the rest of my day following my appointment. I ultimately switched to another salon because of my stylist’s unapologetic, habitual problem with punctuality. I was always happy with my hair, but didn’t enjoy being at the salon for three hours among the chaos and dogs that I was allergic to.

Great salon! Erika does my hair and she is fabulous. She’s a genius with color. I’ve been going here for a few years and I’m never disappointed. I also appreciate that they don’t run clients through the chair as fast as possible. It’s nice to stretch the “salon day pampering” out for a few hours and have the end result be fantastic!

The atmosphere is very laid back and nice! The music is good, and if you’re like me who gets nervous going somewhere new, there are two little doggies there who love to sit in your lap and let you pet them. The stylists are very good at working with their customers and finding the right style for you. I’m very happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely go back.

I’ve only been twice but so far, so good. The salon is very charming and interesting. Hair cuts have been great and the people seem as if you’d be friends even if they weren’t cutting your hair. (And they play good music in there as well : )
