Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my grandma, whos 84 and needs supervision walking,for a perm and the stylists were SO RUDE TO ME! I came in randomly to check on her and they were snappy and rude each time. Wouldn’t allow me to sit in a chair and wait for her to be done because the chairs, all six of them,, in the waiting room, were for paying customers only. Even though I was with a paying customer. They were all just snappy and rude. They talked down to me like i was waisting their time, as they were all just standing at the register…The valley mall salon has WAY better customer service. Took my grandma, whos 84 and needs supervision walking,for a perm and the stylists were SO RUDE TO ME! I came in randomly to check on her and they were snappy and rude each time. Wouldn’t allow me to sit in a chair and wait for her to be done because the chairs, all six of them,, in the waiting room, were for paying customers only. Even though I was with a paying customer. Positive: Professionalism, ValueSo, I totally did a ponytail haircut on myself, and well… butchered it. I normally don’t do it this short… which ended up with me going here. The staff was so kind enough to assess my hair and squeeze me in for a “cover up” (as I call it). I had Harley, and she was so good she fixed my ugly chunk of hair that needed to be layered properly. My hair now doesn’t look like a “bad tattoo” and now looks professional! Harley did it with only a small amount of time given due to squeezing me in, and it was not rushed to be honest. Thank you to everyone who allowed me to be seen at a moment notice!
