Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI recently had my hair done here and I will say all the stylist are amazing and very on point and the salon is very clean . I was quickly sat down and ready to go. I recently had my hair done here and I will say all the stylist are amazing and very on point and the salon is very clean . I was quickly sat down and ready to go. I showed her the color I wanted and I received more then what I expected I love it and I definitely will be going back when due for a touch up I love the girls at the jcpenny salon highly recommended

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI called ahead to make sure there would be time before closing for me to get my hair done and the person taking appointments said it would be fine. But when I arrived the stylist spent almost the entire time lecturing me about how she could do a better job if I had arrived sooner and now she can’t leave when she wanted to because of me. I called ahead to make sure there would be time before closing for me to get my hair done and the person taking appointments said it would be fine. But when I arrived the stylist spent almost the entire time lecturing me about how she could do a better job if I had arrived sooner and now she can’t leave when she wanted to because of me. Not very professional.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy best friend went here tonight and was really excited to get her hair done and was quickly disappointed with the professionalism that the stylist showed. My friend showed her a picture for reference and the stylist went to her coworker not realizing my friend could hear the conversation and was saying how bad this is going to look on her, etc. My friend left not loving her hair she just paid $100 for because of how the stylist treated her. My best friend went here tonight and was really excited to get her hair done and was quickly disappointed with the professionalism that the stylist showed. My friend showed her a picture for reference and the stylist went to her coworker not realizing my friend could hear the conversation and was saying how bad this is going to look on her, etc. My friend left not loving her hair she just paid $100 for because of how the stylist treated her. The lady on the phone was very friendly and made me an appiontment with a girl who she knew specialized in what I wanted. I was thrilled. I show up and my stylist saw what I wanted and went to a coworker and said I would look bad in my choice and I had no idea what a balayage was. Then constantly left me alone, never checked in on me and took other clients who wanted shampoo products when there was someone ag the desk to help them. I was late to my next appointment when I know I didnt need to be. I was in tears after I left because of how I was treated.Not all stylists are bad. The lady behind me was wonderful to her clients and I wish I could have had her…UPDATE! My stylist got better after her coworker left and was a lot more attentive.
