Critical: QualityBad experience I just had today! The hair cut is alright but the my hair coloring wasn’t what I asked for. She did the top of my hair with really light color that looks like blond and then the other half looks dark brown ! I guess the hair wasn’t getting the color so she was in a hurry and I could see she was getting overwhelmed! She was styling my hair I guess with curls with the blow dryer but she but a spray before and it made my hair feeling crispy and the she was Brushing it really bad that at one point it was feeling painful and freeze! The hair stylist was nice, you could tell was new. I had asked for more of a medium to dark brown and I ended up with black. Not happy with the color. Hoping it can get fix. Hair coloring

Stopped by the salon today and the dark haired stylist trimmed my daughter’s bangs. She was really nice but totally jacked up her hair. I didn’t notice until after we left the store because my daughter brushed them to the side because she didn’t want me to say anything. They can’t be fixed anytime soon because we will have to cut them to the shortest un-even piece which is an inch above her eyebrows, right in the middle of her forehead, I understand these aren’t master stylists, but bangs aren’t that difficult to cut. The hair cut was suppose to have layers but she didnt even cut it at all she took an inch off the bottom and that’s it the hair color she still has gray hairs showin . Took 5 minutes for hot water to heat up to wash my hair. Haircut was not what I asked for, and since the damage was done I did not ask for correction in fear of worsening the situation.
