Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a walk in, receptionist was nice. I told her what I wanted and a lady named Grace said that she could do my hair in a couple of hours. I was told it would be 200 for a balayage and 45 for a hair cut which I decided I didn’t want one. So they had my number and called me an hour early which, I was pretty excited about.Background story… My hair was all natural, no hair dye what so ever and took me 2 years to make it that way.Her brushing was kind of rough which wasn’t to big of a deal. I said I wanted a balayage with icy blonde and added some plum purple into the mix. She convinced me that I should just get blonde. Then I showed her another picture of a blonde balayage that I wanted. She said something about highlights, I could hardly understand what she was saying to me most of the time. But I showed her the picture and explained what I wanted..What I got is nothing like what I wanted. Not to mention she had me pay before she was even done because the recseptionist was leaving which all came up to $267 and some odd change plus I gave her a tip because she had worked so long on my hair but I did not want to be rude, and the store was already closing. Basically when I got home it looked like chunky highlights on the top of my head and my whole bottom hair turned out blonde which is not what I wanted at all. The last 2 photos are what I showed her. Also not to mention their were multiple different shades of blondes in my hair, which should not have happened on my hair that had no dye in it to begin with.Service: HairstylingI was a walk in, receptionist was nice. I was a walk in, receptionist was nice. I told her what I wanted and a lady named Grace said that she could do my hair in a couple of hours. I was told it would be 200 for a balayage and 45 for a hair cut which I decided I didn’t want one. So they had my number and called me an hour early which, I was pretty excited about.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time I went here. The rebooked me with someone I didn’t originally book with. She did an ok job at best. When I went home there were many hairs on the back of my neck that were completely missed. I decided to give this place one last try and they waited till I showed up to my appointment to tell me that she wouldn’t be in today. I had booked a week in advance. Then I rescheduled for same day at a later time. 30 minutes later they called and said they wouldn’t be in either. This place is awful and I do not recommend. First time I went here. The rebooked me with someone I didn’t originally book with. She did an ok job at best. When I went home there were many hairs on the back of my neck that were completely missed. I decided to give this place one last try and they waited till I showed up to my appointment to tell me that she wouldn’t be in today. I had booked a week in advance. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in asking for copper red and came out with my original dark hair with streaks of caramel, thick obvious streaks which is not my style at all, I prefer more gradual natural looking. It cost a little under $200. I called back about a week later and spoke to the manager, telling her of the issue and she was very rude and never called back despite saying she would. I went in asking for copper red and came out with my original dark hair with streaks of caramel, thick obvious streaks which is not my style at all, I prefer more gradual natural looking. It cost a little under $200. I called back about a week later and spoke to the manager, telling her of the issue and she was very rude and never called back despite saying she would.
