My perm has come undone after 1 week and I will never come back here again. They messed up my appointment claiming it wasnt until 6 when they called me the day before to confirm the appointment. And the lafy doing my hair kept pulling my hair and it was extremely painful. She also left me when the chemical was sitting and im pretty sure she left for 20 mins before remembering that she was doing my hair. And said i shouldve called her when my hair was done. Like why dont you use your phone and put down the time. And at least get your appointment corrext instead of messing up your customers appointment. Do not come here people here dont listen nor care about your hair or what you want. Rather not have yall go bald from there perm.

Went to get braids. I ended up with knotless box braids. This was a 6 hour $400 hair style…2 days later I have braids coming out. 3 days later more braids coming out…though the styles was awesome, the service good, but I never had these type of braids. They were not started at the roots. After lord of research I realize this is key to keeping them latched. I got this done for a wedding that’s in a week and now I have to figure out how to fix my hair myself,

Went to have my hair done by a professional stylist here. She turned my back to the mirror so I couldn’t see what she was doing. When she finished blow drying and styling, she finally showed me. It looked ok, until I got home and really checked it out. One side was shorter than the other, and long strands we’re hanging down in back. It was shorter than I asked for. To their credit, they did refund my money but offered a discount on a restyle – by the same hair stylist! They did say I could call and make an appointment with someone else the next week. I don’t think I will.

Mandi R. gave me an excellent haircut! When cut correctly my hair has a lot of curl, which I like. If cut wrong, it just goes flat. Mandi did a fantastic job bringing out the curl! My hair looks great and has soft bouncy curls. I highly recommend Mandi! Haircut

My granddaughter knows how she sees her best self, and Malia also saw it and not only respected my granddaughter’s style choice, but got excited with and for my granddaughter. My granddaughter was beyond pampered, loving the scalp massage and was never so happy with a haircut. Great staff and great cut at a more than terrific price.

A little pricey, but we’ll worth the money if your looking for quality work. I totally recommend JCPenny Salon. And a shout out to Jane for making me look fabulous! Box doesn’t even come close to how healthy my hair feels and looks. And my husband loves it! As my husband always tells me. “You get what you pay for!” Try them out, I promise you, you won’t regret it!
