First picture is what she did (balayage), and the second is how my hair was before (pretty bad at-home color I did on myself lol). She made sure to do an in-person consultation with me before she got started on my hair so she knew exactly what she was going to do with it. She is also super sweet!! She makes sure that you’re comfortable while you’re sitting in her chair & has a good sense of humor. You won’t be bored! Many salons and other businesses where closed due to state mandates. I was seeing Visa for a few months prior. With a year and a half between not seeing her, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made an appointment.This woman, not only remembers who I was, where our last conversation left off. Without asking what type of haircut I wanted, she remembered my goals of growing out my hair, cut my sides the length I wanted, trimmed the right amount on the top. As well fixed my hairline due to visiting another place during the shutdown that remained opened. All without having to say anything about my hair.Visa cares, this is her craft. Not only is she very sweet and charming. She understands when you really don’t want to talk either. She gets the job done in a very professional manner. Scalp massages, along with ear massage if you’re getting your hair washed. However the biggest thing that impresses me the most, is prior to covid. She always offered to tidy up my beard and goatee. Most barber shops in the area, will not work on me, due to having longer hair. The fact I can go to a salon and receive this service is huge and saves me a lot of time.I highly recommend anyone to make an appointment with her. You’ll receive high quality at an affordable price. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m sharing my experience with Visa. I have very long hair that I cannot cut because of religious reasons. I went to Visa to get my hair colored and was very nervous because it was my first time. And WOW! This woman transformed my hair. I recommend her to all my friend. Both my sister and I are obsessed with her skills. She is SO TALENTED! She’s also incredibly sweet and really puts a lot of effort into making your hair look perfect. If you want your hair to look Instagram perfect or like a million bucks, CHOOSE VISA! You will not be disappointed. She is INCREDIBLE! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had booked my daughter’s summer spl haircut appointment. We reached an hour early and my daughter waited patiently for her appointment. Our haircut was booked with male haidresser who had such bad attitude. Leave apart greeting us, he started right away quoting a higher price than what we booked for. I have never in my life had a hair stylist quoting a elevated price after a clear appointment booking of kids summer spl haircut. He had an arrogant tone and was clearly unhappy on his job. Receptionist could not help and realized her mistake of wrong booking and was unable to convince the hairdresser too. We had to come all the way back without our haircut as even though at one point , I was kind of ready to pay the high price , my daughter was not ready to get her haircut with that guy. She was scared listening to his tone. I had booked my daughter’s summer spl haircut appointment. We reached an hour early and my daughter waited patiently for her appointment. Our haircut was booked with male haidresser who had such bad attitude. Leave apart greeting us, he started right away quoting a higher price than what we booked for.
