This is the second time I’ve used their online reservation system and it’s scheduled a person who wasn’t working that day or a scheduled a stylist for procedures they’re not capable of doing. And of course there’s nobody else able to do nails that day.

Horrible cut, way lopsided, hi kites that couldn’t be seen and cover my gray roots and there was gray she missed all over my head and didn’t even do the top grey coverage at all. She did tell me I could come in the next day and shed fix it but I did not think she had any skills to do that. Went to a salon and they made me look great!
