DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MENS CUT. Hayley was her name. If a hair salon doesn’t employ people who know basic mens cuts why are they offering the services? Neither woman inside the place knew what a Caesar cut was. But that was only disclosed after she was half way through the cut when she was asked why she didn’t do the cut correctly. I’ve been to 1000 places to get cuts, Supercuts, Great Clips, pretty much any other major chain of hair cuts knows what a Caesar cut is. If the stylist doesn’t know what it is then should say so before ruining someone’s head. It’s alarming that the woman would proceed to cut your hair when she didn’t know what the cut was in the first place and be astonished when you’re unhappy she did it incorrectly. Had been here prior and the women knew how to do it. Won’t go back. Literally the worst hair cut I’ve been given and that’s being nice. If a stylist doesn’t know how to cut your hair style and does it anyway should you have to pay for it? No. Luckily its winter I’ll wear a hat until I can go to a shop that has hair stylists who know mens cuts. Definitely will discourage others from going here too.

Critical: ProfessionalismI just had a horrible experience at this Salon the girl that helped me did not know what she was doing she left my eyebrows two DIFFERENT sizes to the point that I just left because she wasn’t fixing them and I knew I would have to fix them by myself anyways. I have gone to this salon 3 times before with different people that did an amazing job and listened to what I asked for. I just had a horrible experience at this Salon the girl that helped me did not know what she was doing she left my eyebrows two DIFFERENT sizes to the point that I just left because she wasn’t fixing them and I knew I would have to fix them by myself anyways. My son received a horrible hair cut from here. Can see the lines in his hair where it is different lengths, completely uneven, side burns and around the hair line was not shaved cleanly, still little hairs everywhere. I would not recommend going here for a male’s cut, may be different for women.
