Made an appointment for my son for 2:45. Gave them my telephone number. Hung out at the mall for a few hours and have lunch. When we arrived at the salon we were told they could not honor the appointment. Because the stylist was busy with other customers. I suggested squeezing Us in and making her other customers wait 15 minutes so that my son could get a haircut, but the stylist wasn’t willing. I was told another stylist could cut his hair for twice the amount of money! Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. I would avoid at all costs.

Standing up front near register, saw a few ladies see me who were in the salon. No one helped me for five minutes so I called the salon’s number and someone came to pick up the phone so I just hung up so they can help me in person.

I have been trying to call and make an appointment for 2 weeks now but no matter what day or time I call they never answer the phone. I’ve even gone down there twice just to be ignored because no one wants to come to the front. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
