Critical: ProfessionalismI went to go get my highlights done and I asked the hairstylist guy if he is able to do the hair highlights I wanted or similar. I even showed hi a picture of the the color I wanted. I was there for 5 hours and when the hair was done it was horrible. I tried to explain to him this isn’t what I wanted but he insisted that it was what i wanted. He completely ignored me and just gave me a discount cause I didn’t like it. He never asked me to fix the hair. And another worker told him that he had done a great job! And I told her I wasn’t happy with my hair but nobody offered me another option which was to fix it. I felt like it was very unprofessional of them and I’m not happy with what they did because I had to pay the total price for a terrible job. I will never get my hair done here and I don’t recommend this place. I went to go get my highlights done and I asked the hairstylist guy if he is able to do the hair highlights I wanted or similar. I even showed hi a picture of the the color I wanted. Once my daughter was back, Maria was the one doing her hair as soon as she sat her down she called over someone accused my daughter of having head lice, after further explaining that she didn’t not and proving to them that she didn’t and that it was indeed dandruff, they took her back once again and she processed to have other hairstyles continue to check and make my 14 year old uncomfortable and extremely embarrassed. Came in for my daughter to get a hair cut for gesduation, appointment was at 3pm. Didn’t get back in until 3:27. Once my daughter was back, Maria was the one doing her hair as soon as she sat her down she called over someone accused my daughter of having head lice, after further explaining that she didn’t not and proving to them that she didn’t and that it was indeed dandruff, they took her back once again and she processed to have other hairstyles continue to check and make my 14 year old uncomfortable and extremely embarrassed.
