I have been here a few times now and I am always treated great! Priscilla has taken care of me everytime and she alway takes good care of me. She makes sure to listen to what I want and I always feel beautiful leaving her chair. The location is clean and somewhat organized as there are a few boxes in the salon area, but the amount of stations is fantastic.

Everytime I go here an appt gets canceled. First time they closed right when they said my appt was scheduled. No one at the counter. Second time I had my husband drop me off, and right as I get inside jc Penney they call to say they have to cancel it because no stylists are available. Which is very inconvenient because my husband had just left. Do NOT try booking here unless you want to ruin your own day

Amazing upbeat friendly salon. The receptionist Brianna was very helpful in helping me find the right products to help me with my hair. I went to a previous salon where they fried my hair and didn’t give me the highlights I wanted. She encouraged me to book an appointment with the salon, and that any stylist could make me feel better about my hair and that I will be happy. Sure enough, she was right. My highlights came out beautiful and my hair came felt healthy again. This is the type of salon that needs more recognition. Brianna even gave me a 20% off coupon for being a first time client. Overall amazing experience with all the girls there.

Awful experience. I went in to put a few natural dark highlights in my hair. I also asked for a small trim, and to keep my hair at one length. I showed a picture of what color I wanted to the stylist, and she told me that it’d be “completely do-able”. Next thing I know she’s cutting layers into my hair and putting bleach all over it. I barely go to the salon as it is, so instead of saying something I decided to trust her. Wrong decision. The layers are uneven and choppy. The highlights are different shades of light and dark BLONDE – when I had shown the stylist a picture of a brown highlights. The stylist was also way too rough with my hair. She came back from a break smelling like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your hair done, please.

So annoyed my sons normal hairstylist moved and I booked with someone and when I got there he was seen by someone else named Jamir. She screwed up his hair. It was uneven and not even blended and she ended up charging 30 dollars which was 10 dollars more than who he was supposed to see. Will be finding where his old stylist went and go and have his hair fixed!

I get my hair dyed here with Blanca and she does great work. But prices are going up with Kids haircuts. I paid $30. I was here in February 2021 and the price for a kids haircut was $21. I Have to shop around or wait till prices drop. That is way too much for a boys cut with clippers only. No shears.. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityBooked my appt with Melissa but apparently she took too long to complete her previous appointments. They called me 15 min prior to my scheduled appointment, while I was already in route, to cancel and reschedule me! While the receptionist was explaining this unfortunate event, I could here another female in the background blabbing about how they shouldn’t have scheduled me at 4:15 because it wouldn’t have been enough time anyways…! Safe to say, I didn’t reschedule with them and I never plan to again. Complete cluster F and totally unprofessional. Rebekah is a great stylist. She has been cutting hair for my daughter and myself for the past year. She is friendly and professional. Today I went in for a perm and she was able to achieve exactly the look I was after! She is amazing. The other staff has always been helpful and friendly as well.
