Jackie at the JCPenny Salon did an excellent job on my daughter’s very dense hair. My daughter said Jackie was very gentle and I’m super pleased with the cut! I highly recommend Jackie!

I moved to the area leaving a hairdresser who was so fantastic. Went to this Salon, asked for basically same as I had always had my hair. In 3 visits my healthy long hair became fried/crunchy. Had to cut off 3 years growth and deal with an ugly haircut style and botched color to cope with the whole mess. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. So sorry I trusted/paid to basically have my hair destroyed. And the moral of the story, only help and advice they gave was expensive deep conditioning waxes at my expense til it grows out. And No, they do not lose any sleep over destroying a clients hair. Do not recommend.

I like coming here the gentleman that do my hair know my hair type and what to do make it pretty and stylish and healthy and I say if you got curly hair the gentleman or couple of the women are the best they straighten my hair make sure it looks right before citing it and they also have people more improved people here now I had my hair murdered by high salon and I went here via recommendation and my hair has looked great now I get it appointments get canceled but I call ask who in before hand i see these reviews breaks my heart they are super great people and I pref to go here because often stylist don’t know how to cut or work with curly hair so honestly if you want some place that’s going to do you hair right then I say come here and ignore the reviews they get busy or call out the world doesn’t own people they aren’t always able to make it in. Now if your hair has been damaged or is very fake yeah it going to become fired I chipped a lot hair off to get it right and they never harmed my hair here actually fixed to so if you hair got ruined maybe it’s cause forgotten to tell them you had it dyed or permed or always styling it or using wrong products so please people I have had bad hair salon but these people aren’t a bad hair salon they saved my hair before vacation and honestly I greatful

I’ve made two different appointments and they get canceled twice not even a call till I get to the salon is when I know my appointment has been canceled. Anther lady had arrived a few moments after and her appointment got canceled to. No call to let her know either.

I went last week to get the olaplex treatment and haircut. The lady Marisela was friendly however what was supposed to be a roughly 1 hour service took 2 1/2 even with skipping out on the blow dry and style. I was definitely ok with that but the next day I realized my haircut was botched. I had requested long layers and 4” off the length and the hair on the crown appeared to be longer than the rest of the hair. Two stars only because the guy that fixed it for me was super kind.

Jess did my mother’s hair, she pulled it. Talked unprofessionally. Was very rude. Talked her ear off for an hour (we were there at 2 and left at 6!!!) Didn’t do what she wanted. Told her she couldn’t have it that way. Was VERY rude. Constantly on her phone. Would cuss about the other workers )who were very nice.) And then COMPLAINED about how my mother took away her break (mind you. She had made an appointment the day before.) Jess is very rude and unprofessional bringing her problems into the work place. And should not be working in an environment where hospitality and customer service is required. And we will never be coming back to this place.
