Critical: QualityThe employees are very nice and courteous however when I called to set up my appointment I informed them that I have natural hair. I informed the clerk that I wanted a deep condition, I wanted my hair straightened and a cut. After 4 hours of doing my hair I was not satisfied. Not only did it take a very long time but my hair felt very dry and it was puffy. As soon as I walked outside my hair puffed up even more and I was very upset. I just wish I had been informed earlier that they were not proficient in styling kinky curly hair so that I could have found someone who could. Needed a new place for brow and lip waxing. My friend recommended jc penny.Trisha was great. She listened to what I wanted. We had a nice chat while she gently did her magic. They even called my friend to tell her thank you for sending me, and offered her a reward. They have a rewards club, that earns free stuff.

Got my hair cut here and I regret it so much she didn’t listen to anything I said cut my hair way way to short and and didn’t thin it out when I asked her if she did she just rolled her eyes . The lady’s working there were all talking about some one else that went to get her hair done and how she was dressed when I got up from the chair I tripped and they all started laughing no one asked if I was ok . If I could I would give them zero !!!
