Rosita was my stylist, she was 30 minutes late with starting on my hair because she decided to take a lunch at the beginning of my scheduled appointment. So i asked for a temporary rinse which during application she did not follow the steps for a rinse and as a result my hair bled on everything until I washed it. So the style I requested was botched and DID NOT hold up on my hair long enough for me to go to the event that i was scheduled to attend! And after consultation with another stylist it was determined that my hair was permanently dyed and is currently breaking off and falling out in patches….NEVER AGAIN!
