Cricket gave me a wash cut and dry. I also got bangs for the first time in a while. It came out great!!! She did have me a little nervous because she sounded like she was second guessing herself when framing my hair but the extra detail attention was well worth my small worry lol. Thank you cricket!! Cassandra is alright, good with brows. Cricket messed up my brows by over waxing them, Julie is a mess though she tries. I was charged $30 for a scissor cut taking off two inches, no feathering or the a line that I asked for. I have been to this salon muiltiple times and each time is has gotten worse. Very unprofessional no one really seems to know what they are doing, it’s like they’re guessing the whole time and the result usually looks like they were.

Poor work ethic! Showed up on Friday June 29th at 6:49, waited 10 minutes in the lobby with no one to be found. When someone finally decided to show up, I asked if she had time for a walk in, she just shook her head. I asked if she was closing soon, she said no I have an appointment. Note I was the only customer present.
