Asked for one inch trim. She cut over 3 inches off and the right side is an inch longer than the left. It’s an atrocious haircut and I strongly urge nobody ever use that salon. My hair is awful. And she burned my scalp with the water when she rinsed my hair. Haircut

I have been visiting Sara for the past year and she is always professional, thoughtful and kind during my service. She always listens to me and does a perfect color and blow out. I must say I always look forward to the wash too! I highly recommend Sara. I am always greeted by and exited by Erik who is always ready to help with hair product selection, and check me out. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAfter 2 years of growing out my 5 year old sons hair, we went in for what we thought would be the perfect haircut. We showed the stylists pictures of what we wanted, and after merely glancing at it, she proceeded to give him a high and tight as if he was heading off to the military. Her response was , guess you are lucky it will grow back. She didn’t even clean him off after the cut, just sent us out of there as if we were a huge bother. After 2 years of growing out my 5 year old sons hair, we went in for what we thought would be the perfect haircut. We showed the stylists pictures of what we wanted, and after merely glancing at it, she proceeded to give him a high and tight as if he was heading off to the military. I wouldn’t even give one star if possible. I went for help with a wig due to hair loss diagnosed as alopecia areata, which has been very traumatic for me, instead of finding help, I was completely humiliated, when told to see a dr, which obviously I have. I even offered to provide medical proof of my diagnosis which should not be necessary! I didn’t go for help with my hair loss, but help with WIG! NOT to be further traumatized, which is exactly what happened. I will never ever step foot in that place again. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! There are no words to explain my horrible experience with these so called “professionals”.
