They never returned my message to make an appointment, that should have been my first clue to skip this salon. When I did make my appointment they ended up moving it on me, and when I booked the appointment I was very specific about what I wanted done- THEY BOOKED 40 MINS FOR A CUT AND COLOR- totally unacceptable. I settled for just a cut, but the stylist didn’t deliver on the cut I wanted, not even close. Only decent part was she was friendly and I was only out $35 but even that was too much for what I got! Do yourself a favor and SKIP this salon!
