I did not have a great experience at this Salon. I went in 24hrs before my appointment to confirm it. The lady working there walked past me three times at the register before I finally had to stop her to ask for help. She confirmed my appt for the following day at 3:45pm. The day of my appt I get there 10mins early only to have 2 employees walk by me before the 3rd employee walked past while calling someone up to the back to help in the front. I was then told that even though I had an appt, that I could walk around the store for a half an hour because she still had a client. I’m so irritated w/myself that I planned my whole day off around something as trivial as a haircut. When I told her I would of appreciated a call to arrive last she just, Oh. She didn’t even offer to see if one of the other three stylists were available. Disappointed is an understatement!
