Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had Stacey as my stylist a few months back and loved my cut and color. I had pretty much set up an appointment the other day for a same day appointment which was amazing. She was definitely on time with the appointment. I had a huge ask for Stacy with the limited time we had I wanted to lighten my hair and get a cut I felt soo bad cause I thought we’d go over the closing time. She assured me that we can get it done and she sure did. We talked about life and what not which is a huge plus I’ve had stylists completely quite for the hours so the chatty box that I am I loved every moment. She was definitely on time with the appointment. I really liked it at first! I wanted a nice dye job and i got it!! Then i let them cut “trim” my hair and the more i play with it the less i like it. Took my Nana to get a perm and while she looks amazing they quoted around 70 on the phone (she has very short hair) it ended up being 109 after all the other charges!

Went it to get my roots dyed platinum to match my hair. Stylist bragged how good she was and the huge clientele she had in Vegas. Strippers and models, blah blah blah! She turned my roots yellow! Bleached it twice and couldn’t get it right! Absolutely fried my hair. Tons of breakage. I was devastated! She claimed to be the S**t! But couldn’t pull off a basic simple job! Stay far away from jcpennys hair salon or risk getting your hair fried to the point it falls out in clumps! Worst hair experience EVER!!!!!!

First of all i would like to say that the service provided by the Stylist Nikki was excellent. I told her how i wanted my hair cut and she proceed to carry out my wishes. My hair looked great, i think I’ve found my new go-to hair salon. I went to get my hair cut yesterday and was greeted by a stylist name Samantha. Samantha was friendly but did a horrible job cutting my hair. I asked for 1/2″ remaining on my sides and 1″ remaining on the top. The end result was a completely uneven hair cut with about 1 1/2″ – 2″ remaining on the top. ( wasn’t able to see the correct length in the salon due to the hair product used.) This wasn’t too bad, I’ve had worse cuts in the past. Nothing to write a bad review about. What topped it off is that my girlfriend just got a cut and color there today. Guess who her stylist was? Samantha. Well, again folks a terrible job was done. My girlfriends bangs were absolutely uneven. She ended up implementing a style on my girlfriend’s hair that was not wanted and honestly looked like a a freak accident caused by a 10 yr old with children’s scissors while mommy was sleeping. Moral of the story folks, the JCPenny Salon is a great place to get your hair cut just don’t let Samantha touch your hair.

Me and my boyfriend just got done getting our hair done. Sedona was amazing, she did exactly what I asked for & it came out perfect. I would recommend Sedona. I’m giving 1 star though because my boyfriend got his done with Kylee & she did a horrible job. He asked for partial highlights and ended up with a chunk of orange hair. Not only that but she was rude. She messed up his hair and still charged him for her mistakes. I do not recommend Kylee.

Ask for an appointment with Ania! She has been my hairdresser for the last 3 years and she is amazing. She pays attention to detail and you can always leave feeling good about yourself.

I don’t recommend this place at all! My boy got a haircut there and the lady who cutted his hair did a really bad job.
