The only reason I didn’t give my salon experience 1 star because the staff was friendly enough. I came here to get a haircut and they were accommodating. My sister and I went together and had different hairdressers work on our hair. I told my hairdresser what I wanted and when I wanted some alterations to my original request, she began rushing and then left without giving me a blow out because she had no time, despite the fact that I came early to my appointment. When my sister and I got home, we both noticed that while we had 2 separate hairdressers, both of our haircuts were uneven and choppy and was very noticeable. I was disappointed and called the salon. They offered only to get it fixed with the same hairdresser and if I wanted someone else, I would have to pay for another haircut. I had no trust in at least 2 of the hairdressers and while I could’ve tried to make my case to get an appointment with another hairdresser, I had no confidence that they wouldn’t further ruin my hair, so I sought services elsewhere. Nice people but I question their technical skills and time management. I shouldn’t feel rushed to get exactly the look that I want and should feel comfortable before leaving the salon.

They open at 11a.m. I was on time, but no one was there. A Penney employee (not from salon) turned on lights for me and got on his walkie talkie to find out where everyone was. The receptionist and the 2 stylists on that shift were all running late! None of them had called in. He informed the receptionist that there was a person waiting. Stylists arrived about 10 to 12 minutes late and receptionist later than that. When done and I was paying I wasn’t asked to schedule a future appointment. Think I will find another salon, where my time means something. No excuse for everyone being late and no real apology for it. “Sorry” doesn’t cut it.
