Staff was friendly. Had to call in for the next day appointment. My stylist was very kind and engaged in conversation, however, I left very unhappy with my haircut. It was decently layered, but MUCH shorter than we discussed and agreed upon. I had a decent amount of length to work with and provided both pictures and verbal descriptions of what o wanted. “So just like an inch or two?” turned into like four or five. Not necessarily devastated but my stylist was unable to meet my expectations..
