Went today to get rid of my covid hair finally and had an amazing experience! I got Gavin as my hairdresser and he was absolutely incredible! We talked about video games, things were interested in and he gave an amazing hair cut! I haven’t felt so confident in my look in awhile and he made me feel awesome! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment for a perm for my mom, almost two weeks ago. She got to the salon 25 minutes early and the stylist never showed up. Nobody bothered to let us know that she wasn’t going to be in or to reschedule. I almost left last week when I had an appointment. Nobody bothered to let us know that she wasn’t going to be in or to reschedule. I almost left last week when I had an appointment.
