Dayna did a bleach, tone and cut process on my hair. By the end of it, my scalp was raw and irritated. She used 40 volume developer with the bleach, which I have never used on my hair because it is so thin and short. She used toner, telling me the one she used was “according to the chart”, and when it didn’t turn out how she expected, told me she was going to do a bleach cap. The cut was also done very choppily and uneven, with parts of my hair needing to be cut afterwards because there were locks that were 1-2 inches longer than the surrounding hair.
