Takkiah has gone above and beyond with Olaplex treatments getting my hair in a good place after having cancer twice. Very appreciative to her for getting my hair so healthy. I really liked the fact that she asked questions about how I took care of my hair over the years so she could come up with the best plan for me. Critical: ProfessionalismCommunication skills in hair styling is essential. Hair stylist insisted that to make hair shiny with semi -permanent color requires me the extra purchase if glossing. I told her in 10 years I never had to purchase glossing for the results. With 3 years of experience she insisted that everyone who had EVER colored my hair was inexperienced (unlike) her. Argue. Argue. Argue. Got her manager Lindsay who told me that I was getting free services for years. She wouldn’t listen. I didn’t yell or curse but disputing costs offended them, Walked in somewhere else and purchased semi perm color and got the results I always did. No cost for glossing . My sister’s review was taken down. She had called simply to let JC Penny know that she had gotten lice from her service Saturday February 2 at noon and was just asking that they take caution with their services so the lice does not spread. They took her name and number down and promised to get back to her regarding the situation. She never got a call back and not only does she have to now take care of her lice situation but our mother had to contact her dance coach because hairbrushes are sometimes shared. Now the lice has spread to other girls on the dance team. We were just hoping for some empathy and maybe some compensation for our troubles but the only action taken was the removal of our review and the neglect of our situation.

I’ll happy with all aspects of this salon. We were from out of town and got in quickly for a haircut for me and beard trim for hubby. Nice ppl,clean atmosphere everyone was very polite and welcoming all around. Highly recommended!!
