Critical: Professionalism, Quality1st time going to JCP salon didn’t know who to go with for a haircut. They scheduled me an appointment with Beatriz. She cut more than what I wanted, my hair looks super uneven. My natural hair is curly, so when she was cutting my hair she was cutting it damp. My hair started drying and curling up, she didn’t bother to wet my hair just continued to cut my hair.. She showed me my hair and I mentioned to her I did not like it. She continued to try and fix it, mind you that my hair was almost completely dry and super curly. When she finally finished it didn’t look as bad cause my hair was all curly. So I left the salon like that. The next day I straighten my hair and noticed the harsh cut I was given, as shown in the pictures. Will not be going back. I went in with a bad balayage. I asked them to tone it down so that it wasn’t orange. They did that. However I also asked for highlights – streaks of lighter blonde – so that it didn’t look like a wig. Something beachy. I even showed the stylist multiple pictures. At the end I had an entire head of lighter hair that had no highlights whatsoever. I look like I’m wearing fake hair. In addition the stylist curled my hair and left all of these awkward creases at the top. My experience was not good. My hair is practically irreversible at this point.
