Not satisfied with the service. I am natural and had heat applied to my hair 3 different ways; blow dried, under the hair dryer with flexi-rods and then when the stylist messed up the style she tried to correct it using a curling wand. Until I said it didn’t look right I felt like she was actually going to let me walk out looking like a chia-pet. Using the wand helped, but it shouldn’t have taken all of that heat just to get style I wanted. I thanked her for trying, but will not be returning.

I made an appointment for my daughter’s first day of school. After waiting 20 minutes the stylist finally comes to the front to tell me I can just shop around the store because it will be another 45 minutes. No apologies, not a care.
