My appointment was with Ty. She is sooo dope! I have 4c hair and am not one that enjoys going to salons. Ty made this experience great for me. Before my wash she asked if I was allergic to any products, but something that seems so simple meant alot to me as I am and I didn’t think to share that information. She also asked if I had a tender head. Thank you for asking, Ty! My time under the dryer wasn’t long. She was as careful as she could be while she combed through and sectioned my hair. I felt very relaxed and comfortable enough to engage in conversation while she pressed my hair. I wasn’t concerned with the time. I wasn’t anxious. I was calm. My sister has been telling me I should go to, Ty. I’m grateful that I did.

After living a life of going to so many salons and not ever getting what I wanted and after my hair has been fried so many times I kinda gave up on going and getting my hair done until today. I went in and showed Nom what I wanted and I got what I wanted plus more. She was so sweet and turned my hair beautiful!!! I got a balayage and a cut and it turned out so well! I will for ever be a retuning happy customer when I go to see her!! Not only was she super gentle with my hair but she was super sweet on top of everything else!!! Thanks so much Nom!

Natasha. I will NEVER return the JCP Salon. She was w0 minutes late for the appointment. Never even really looked at my hair, just told me it was overprocessed (hair still in a ponytail). Last time my hair was touched was a full year ago. Dyed once in 3 years, but overprocessed????

I just recently changed hair salons after constantly being disappointed by Tony&Guy. I have now gone to Delores twice and both times I have absolutely loved my haircuts! She really pays attention to what I want and to the pictures I show her. She is very friendly and patient. I will be going to Delores from now on.

They did my son first haircut. He fell asleep before the haircut, typical 1 year old, and the staff was very accommodating. They cut his hair while my wife held him. He woke up at the very end and did his crying. Did not phase them and they were able to finish up. Was a great experience.
